PURPOSE: A decubitus prevention mattress device is provided, which can ventilate a site of a bed that comes into contact with the patient's body. CONSTITUTION: A decubitus prevention mattress device comprises: a mattress(110); a plurality of protrusion units(120) capable of protruding upward from the upper side of the mattress; and an operation unit(150) which is connected to the protrusion unit to make the protrusion unit projected to the top of the mattress. A plurality of protrusion units are connected to the operation unit to be selectively and alternatively protruded with time difference. In the mattress, a plurality of through grooves are equipped.
