PURPOSE: A third processing facility for waste water is provided to minimize the installation space of the facility by installing an ultra-violet ray lamp on a waterway of a micro disk filter facility in one body. CONSTITUTION: A third processing facility for waste water comprises the following: a drum(20) with plural drain holes on walls, and a waterway; a segment(40) fixed to the surface of the drum to be connected to the drain holes; and a filter unit formed with an element(50) including a filter film(60) supported by the segment to filter foreign materials from the waste water flowing in through the drain holes. Plural ultra-violet ray lamps are detachably installed on the waterway in a radial form.
