PURPOSE: A PAR(Peak to Average Ratio) reduction method, a device and a communications device thereof are provided to reduce the PAR efficiently and rapidly. CONSTITUTION: A peak reducing unit(210) passes through an input signal to a diode circuit. The peak reducing unit removes the peak value of certain level or more from the input signal. The peak reducing unit outputs a peak reduction signal. A spurious wave removing unit(220) passes through the outputted peak reduction signal to a filter circuit. The spurious wave removing unit removes the spurious from the outputted peak reduction signal.
