PURPOSE: A system and a method for supporting an oil subsidy service are provided to perform payment corresponding to a stored real refueling history and transmit the payment result to a credit card company server, thereby supporting a transparent oil subsidy. CONSTITUTION: A lubricator controller unit(120) stores refueling data corresponding to a refueling history of a lubricator. A credit card processing unit(130) processes payment for the refueling data based on card information of a read oil purchasing card. The credit card processing unit transmits payment approval information generated by the payment to an oil subsidy supporting server(140) and a credit card company server. The refueling data includes refueling quantity and refueling price information.
