PURPOSE: Metal-glass nanocomposite powder and producing method thereof are provided to synthesize the metal-glass nanocomposite powder capable of maintaining a perfect circular shape through a flame spray pyrolysis process. CONSTITUTION: A producing method thereof of metal-glass nanocomposite powder comprises the following steps: dissolving a precursor material containing components of metal and glass to distilled water or alcohol to form a precursor solution; inserting the precursor solution to a spray device for producing droplets with the diameter of 0.1~100micrometers; and inserting the droplets to a diffusion flame reactor to produce the metal-glass nanocomposite powder by a flame spray pyrolysis process.
