PURPOSE: A producing method of a core-shell nanofiber network structure, a chemical sensor including thereof, and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to use an electrospinning method or an atomic layer deposition method for producing the core-shell nanofiber network structure. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of a core-shell nanofiber network structure comprises the following steps: electrospinning a solution containing a precursor of a first metal oxide and a polymer inside an organic solvent, to form a core-nanofiber network containing the first metal oxide; and forming a shell on the surface of the core-nanofiber network using an atomic layer deposition method.
