PURPOSE: An image displaying device of a helmet is provided to observe images from the lateral side and the rear side of a horizontal direction by being automatically adjusted using a horizontality adjusting unit. CONSTITUTION: An image detecting unit(100) outputs images from the lateral side and the rear side of a helmet. A housing is installed at one side of the helmet. A convex mirror body is installed in the housing. An alternative unit(300) displays images outputted from the image detecting unit. A horizontality adjusting unit(200) adjusts the horizontality of the image detecting unit with respect to the surface of the earth.
