PURPOSE: A reinforcement beam for a form work and a system panel using the same are provided to enable the reuse of a system panel and to facilitate coupling and removal during the manufacture of a system panel. CONSTITUTION: A reinforcement beam(100) for a form work comprises a first support part(110), a connection part(120), a second support part(130), and a third support part. The first support part has the shape of open-top for the formation of a plywood fixing member insertion part. Upper one end of the connection part is connected to one end of lower part of the first support part. The second support part connects to the lower end of the connection part. The third support part connects to lower other end of the connection part.
