PURPOSE: Systems and methods for storing hard disk drive data are provided to reduce a loop recovery delay in a storage device. CONSTITUTION: A system for storing hard disk drive data includes a storage medium and a read/write head assembly. The read/write head assembly accesses the information stored in the storage medium and transmits the information to an analog process circuit. The analog process circuit includes a summing circuit, an analog to digital converter(240), and a digital process circuit. The summing circuit reduces low frequency offset feedback from the extract of the information for producing the process speed. The analog to digital converter converts the extract of the process output into a series of digital samples. |
