Invention herewith described refers to the herbal tincture for oral use and belongs to the dietetic products i.e. preparations based on medicinal herbs. The preparation is a combination of the percentages of plant extracts. Technical problems include the increase and acceleration of the blood flow through peripheral blood vessels, better oxygen supply to tissue, reducing the chances of developing a blood clot, increasing the resistance and elasticity of blood vessels, improving venous drainage and widening the peripheral blood vessels
