PURPOSE: A foldable center separating device of opening and shutting type is provided to enable road officials to rapidly form a detour in consideration of traffic in a down line and an up line. CONSTITUTION: A foldable center separating device of opening and shutting type comprises a bottom fixing frame(10), a main post(8), and block structures(14,16). The bottom fixing frame divides the median strips. The bottom fixing frame is installed on the bottom of a separated space. The main post is fixed to both upper sides of the bottom fixing frame. The side of the main post is installed to be connected to the median strip. Multiple block structures are horizontally connected between multiple main posts.
