The invention refers to the magnetic activation of polar and nonpolar liquids, and it can be used for activation of liquid fuel in internal combustion engines or household devices, e.g., water treatment devices for washing of textiles and other fabrics. The device offered for magnetic treatment of liquids comprises a housing 1 made of nonmagnetic material and longitidinal liquid-supply branch pipe 6, as well as several pairs of unipolar and bipolar magnets 5 located along the liquid conveying branch pipe 6. The novelty of the invention is characterized in that between unipolar magnetic pairs are located at least two bipolar pairs of magnets 5 with mutually opposite direction 7 of magnetic fields of adjacent bipolar pairs of magnets 5.
