PURPOSE: A foaming pump assembly for a liquid container is provided to prevent the degeneration of the contents by improving the layout structure of a spring and the inlet valve structure. CONSTITUTION: A coil spring(290) is consisted of the metal material. A foaming pump assembly for a liquid container is installed in the center part of an air cylinder(222). A metal material coil spring does not connect with the liquid contents. A suction valve(230) opening the inlet(223) is manufactured through the synthetic resin and is operated with the elastic restoring force of itself.
