PURPOSE: A production method of eggs containing enhanced sulfur-containing amino acid is provided to massively multiply beneficial microorganisms for feeding chicken. CONSTITUTION: A production method of eggs containing enhanced sulfur-containing amino acid comprises the following steps; forming mediums using beneficial microorganisms including lacto bacteria, and mixing the mediums before refining; mixing 1L of refined microbial medium with 250kg of perilla meal, fermenting for 48hoursin in 35deg C, and drying; mixing the mixture with a conventional feed and supplying to chicken.
