The actuating element (17) has a ring-shaped base body (26) movable with respect to a gear wheel by a switching element, and a transmitting unit (11) for contacting with a synchronization unit. The transmitting unit is moved with respect to the base body during a synchronization process and designed as a bolt (18), a roller and a roller bearing (16). An inner ring, an intermediate ring and an outer ring are axially arranged with respect to a cone section. The transmitting unit is provided with frictional reduction coating.
