The electronic component analyzing method involves loading an electronic component (1) in a mechanical manner, where the electronic component is switched in an electric circuit (2). The electronic component is applied with an electrical signal, where an electrical parameter of the electrical circuit is measured. The mechanical load of the electronic component affects the electrical parameter. An independent claim is also included for an electronic component analyzing device.
