PURPOSE: A method for forming a rear electrode of a solar cell is provided to improve yield by reducing a bending phenomenon of a solar cell board in a heat treatment with a high temperature. CONSTITUTION: A passivation layer(108) is formed on the rear of a silicon wafer(100). A boron thin film(110) and an aluminum thin film(112) as the rear electrode are successively formed on the passivation layer. Laser is radiated to the contact part with the rear electrode on the rear of the silicon wafer. The aluminum of the aluminum thin film is contacted with the surface of the silicon wafer.
