METHODE FOR PREPARING GALLIUM NITRIDE NANOPARTICLES

PURPOSE: A producing method of a gallium nitride nanoparticle is provided to simplify the producing process by removing the vacuum condition and the high temperature condition. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of a gallium nitride nanoparticle comprises the following steps: preparing a pair of electrodes(30,40); filing gallium nitride powder to one of the electrodes; dipping the electrodes to a liquid(15); and supplying plasma in between the electrodes for an arc discharging process. The liquid includes one compound selected from the group consisting of liquid nitrogen, aqueous liquid, liquid ammonia, liquid helium, alcohol, acetone, and chloroform.
