PURPOSE: A program downloading system and a method thereof using an unnecessary memory module are provided to easily download a program by using the unnecessary memory module. CONSTITUTION: A memory module(200) includes a display unit and an input unit(205). The display unit displays a program stored in a memory card. The input unit selects the specific program. An ISP(In System Program) cable(300) is connected between the memory module and a target board in order to download the specific program of the memory card to the target board.
