EXPRESS DATA CARD AND MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREOF

An Express data card and a manufacturing method thereof are disclosed in the present invention. The Express data card includes: a mainboard, a structural component for mounting the mainboard, a main antenna which is located on one side of the structural component, and a diversity antenna which is located at the top of the structural component and is perpendicular to the main antenna. The Express data card also includes: a feed point of the main antenna, which is located on the mainboard and is electrically connected to the main antenna; a transmission and reception circuit branch of the main antenna, which is electrically connected to the feed point of the main antenna; a feed point of the diversity antenna, which is located on the mainboard and is electrically connected to the diversity antenna; and a reception circuit branch of the diversity antenna, which is electrically connected to the feed point of the diversity antenna. The present invention arranges for the diversity antenna to be at the top of the structural component, thereby solving the problem of printed circuit board layout insufficiency due to the space occupying of the diversity antenna on the mainboard; simplifying the structure, avoiding the manufacture of a bracket of the diversity antenna and thus reducing the cost; and augmenting the distance between the diversity antenna and the components on the mainboard, thus diminishing the difficulty of Electromagnetic Compatibility.
