PURPOSE: A pollution removing apparatus of the sewage treatment facilities using the electric reaction is provided to perform oxidation and the removal of a solid body or a floating substance through the electrical galvanic reaction mechanism thereby preventing the generation of secondary production. CONSTITUTION: A reactor(110) forms an entrance(111) and an(112). A sewage and waste water is flown through a moving path(113). One or plurality of electrode units(120) includes polarity plate sets(123). The polarity plate set forms the flow path of the sewage and waste water. The polarity plate set is formed along the moving path of the reaction group.
