A method and system for managing multi-function mobile device and information output method thereof are disclosed by the present invention, in which the management method includes setting a same container identifier for multiple branch devices in a multi-function mobile device, according to the reported container identifier, adding the branch devices, which have reported the same container identifier, to the device container corresponding to the multi-function mobile device.
