PURPOSE: A cooking instrument using microwave is provided to transfer uniform power to an object inside a cavity by performing frequency disturbance. CONSTITUTION: A cooking instrument using microwave comprises a microwave generation unit(110) and a frequency disturbance unit(320). The microwave generation unit generates and outputs microwave for heating an object inside a cavity(134). The frequency disturbance unit disturbs the frequency of the microwave by outputting multiple microwaves to the inside the cavity.
