The invention relates to ceramide dimers, which are composed of two ceramide molecules, which are linked to one another by way of the lipophilic ends thereof. At their hydrophilic end, the ceramide molecules thereby include at least one hydrophilic group to increase the hydration shell of the dimer. The ceramide dimers according to the invention can be used as pharmaceutical products or as cosmetic preparation. |
