MICROFILTER AND METHOD FOR PREPARING THE SAME

PURPOSE: A precise filtering layer and a manufacturing method are provided to increase filtered fluid amount by the thickness of the thick minimum porous layer and the distribution of the regular porous size. CONSTITUTION: A micro filtering film includes the minimum porous layer and an asymmetric huge porous layer. The minimum porous layer has an average pore size of 0.1~0.45μm. The asymmetric huge porous layer has the average pore size of 1~20μm of the minimum porous layer. A border surface is existed in between the minimum porous layer and the asymmetric huge porous layer. Size distribution of the pore is discontinuously changed in the boundary face.
