An indication method for configuration of unicast service control channel, a method for sending and receiving information, and a base station are provided. In the indication method for configuration of unicast server control channel, the base station sends a broadcast control message, and the broadcast control message carries the information used to indicate the preferential frequency subarea, wherein the preferential frequency subarea includes the unicast service control channel which is required to be primarily received by a terminal. By indicating the frequency subarea in which the unicast service control channel is sent, the present invention is convenient for the terminal to rapidly decode the control information in the indicated frequency subarea, thereby reducing the processing delay and the complexity.
