<p>Disclosed is a method for producing an aminomalonic acid ester or an inorganic acid salt thereof, which is characterized in that a malonic acid ester and sodium nitrite are reacted with each other in the presence of an acid in an aqueous medium so as to produce a hydroxyiminomalonic ester, and then the thus-produced hydroxyiminomalonic ester is subjected to hydrogenation reduction, thereby obtaining an aminomalonic acid ester.</p> |
