PURPOSE: A fixing bar for a tactile display having a repetitive spring pattern equipping a plane spring array is provided to supply an operation bar for the tactile display and make it easy to be portable. CONSTITUTION: A pin(100) moves up and down so that a user feels tactile sensation in the projection of a pin. A guide plate(180) fixes the movement of the pin in order to be limited to the upward and downward of the pin. A fixing bar(120) moves the pin up and down about the lower part of the pin. An elastic material(140) is attached to the fixing bar. The elastic material equips a plane spring and a plane spring array.
