PURPOSE: A specimen holder for an optical measuring device and an optical measuring device with the same are provided to facilitate the measurement of specimens by preventing a light detecting unit from receiving light reflected from the lower surface of a specimen. CONSTITUTION: A specimen holder(70) for an optical measuring device comprises a mounting member(50) and a fluid feeding unit. A mounting surface is formed in the mounting member. The fluid feeding unit supplies fluid to the lower surface of the specimen. An inflow hole(53) is formed in the mounting member. The fluid feeding unit connects to the inflow hole.
