DEVICE AND SYSTEM FOR MEASURING PROPERTIES OF CELLS AND METHOD OF MEASURING PROPERTIES OF CELLS USING THE SAME

PURPOSE: A device for measuring the property of cell and a method for measuring the property of cell using the same are provided to measure the property of cell in various ways since electrical, mechanical, and optical stimulations are applied on cell. CONSTITUTION: A device for measuring the property of cell comprises a well(100), an electric property measuring unit, and an electric field connection oil path(190). The well comprises a cell receiving unit(150), a first electrode receiving unit(171), and a second electrode receiving unit(173). The cell receiving unit connects to an inlet unit(110) and an outlet unit(130). The first and the second electrode receiving units are placed between the cell receiving units. The electric property measuring unit comprises a first electrode(310) formed in the first electrode receiving unit and a second electrode(330) formed in the second electrode receiving unit. The electric property measuring unit measures the electrical property of the cell. The electric field connection oil path is formed between the first electrode receiving unit and the cell receiving unit. The electric field connection oil path controls the pattern of the electric field within the cell receiving unit.
