Compounds of the formula (I) and pharmaceutically acceptable satls thereof: <CHEM> wherein: R1 is a C1-6 alkoxy or C1-6 alkylthio group; R11 is hydrogen, amino or C1-7 acylamino; R12 is C1-6 alkylsulphinyl; R5 is hydrogen or C1-6 alkyl; R6 is C1-7 alkyl or a group -(CH2)sR7 where s is 0 to 2 and R7 is a C3-8 cycloalkyl group, or a group -(CH2)tR8 where t is 1 or 2 and R8 is C2-5 alkenyl or a phenyl group optionally substituted by one or two substituents selected from C1-6 alkyl, C1-4 alkoxy, trifluoromethyl and halogen, or a thienyl group; and n, p and q are independently 0 to 2 having useful pharmacological activity, pharmaceutical compositions containing them and process for their preparation.
