A method for manufacturing the whole piece fixed splint comprises preparing the teeth for the whole piece crowns, taking complete anatomical double impression, detecting the central occlusion, molding plaster demountable cast, molding the whole piece frame followed by its esthetic veneering. The frame modeling comprises the additional modeling of its intermediary component providing for setting the metallic protective plate onto the vestibular side of the facet at the height of 1/4 starting from the base of the frame. The rest of the height is veneered with plastic or ceramic. |
