FIELD: medicine. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to ophthalmology and intended for surgical treatment of macular rapture. Micro invasive (25G) vitrectome with removal of back hyaloids membrane is carried out. Successively thin layer of triamcinolone and viscoprotector suspension based on hyaluronic acid is applied on macular area of retina, internal boundary retina membrane is removed, triamcinolone and viscoprotector remains are aspirated. After filling vitreal cavity with gas-air mixture, layer of viscoprotector is re-applied on macular area. ^ EFFECT: method ensures reliable adhesion on retina surface of triamcinolone suspension, reduces phototoxicity of endo-lighting and destructive impact of mechanical manipulations and gas-air mixture on retina structures. ^ 2 ex |
