FIELD: medicine. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to method of diagnosing diseases and large intestine malformations in children. Irrigography in children is performed, with patient in position lying on back with head end lifted at 15 degrees, by self-flowing under pressure 40 centimetres of water column, into large intestine introduced is contrast substance, whose volume is controlled by step-by-step installation of ultrasonic installation sensor above rectum, sigmoid colon, descending colon, transverse colon and blind gut till successive registration of diametres of said parts of large intestine, obtained not less than for 1 day, with preliminary filling of large intestine with 1% solution of sodium chloride, in position of patient on back with head end lifted at 15 degrees, with measurement of obtained diametres of blind gut, transverse, descending, sigmoid colons and rectum by means of ultrasonic apparatus sensor, after appearance of solution in blind gut in form of right circle, which allows to increase quality of irrigography in case of diseases and malformations of large intestine in children. ^ EFFECT: increase of diagnostics accuracy. ^ 1 ex |
