FIELD: food industry. ^ SUBSTANCE: method envisages milling grain raw material to a particle size of no more than 800 nm, mixing with water at a temperature of no more than 50C, adding (at the above temperature) enzyme preparations containing -amylase, glucoamylase, xylanase, celluxyl and protease and maintaining during 0.5 h.
