PURPOSE: A method for detecting an inhibitor of binding between beta-amyloid 1-42 peptide and VEGF 165 is provided to treat Alzheimer's disease. CONSTITUTION: A method for screening a beta-amyloid inhibitor comprises: a step of performing molecular docking simulation of entire compound library file to detect a starting material; a step of mixing the starting material with VEGF to obtain a mixture; a step of adding the mixture to a beta-amyloid-attach protein chip; and a step of analyzing binding degree. The beta-amyloid inhibitor contains a compound of chemical formula 1 or 2 or salt thereof.
