PURPOSE: A method for screening a therapeutic agent for generative function disorder by alcohol exposure is provided to measure mRNA expression and rate variation. CONSTITUTION: A method for screening a therapeutic agent for generative function disorder during adolescence comprises: a step of detecting expression of GnRH or GnRH-R(GnRH receptor) in genital organ of a puberty individual; a step of administering alcohol to the individual; a step of selecting the individual of which GnRH or GnRH-R expression level is reduced; a step of administering candidate material to the selected individual; and a step of detecting the increase of the GnRH or GnRH-R expression level. The genital organ is seminiferous tubule cell or testis cell.
