METHOD FOR DIAGNOSING DYSKINESIA OF BILE DUCTS IN CHILDREN WITH DIABETES MELLITUS

A method for diagnosing dyskinesia of bile ducts in the children with diabetes mellitus comprises the examination of the contractibility of gall bladder, the blood flow in the hepatic vessels, the cardiac activity, and the vegetative status. In addition, the evoked electric activity of the brain stem is recorded. Based on the findings obtained, the discriminant coefficient is calculated. The value of Y ≥ 16295 is suggestive of dyskinesia of bile ducts in the children with diabetes mellitus. The value of Y < 16295 indicates the absence of dyskinesia.
