PURPOSE: A prefabricated fluorescent lamp is provided to simplify a manufacturing process by coating a metal plate before assembling an upper cover and a side cover. CONSTITUTION: A prefabricated fluorescent lamp device comprises a main body and a luminescence lamp. The main body is made of a metal plate which has a size of 0.5 to 1.0mm. A socket is arranged in both end parts of the main body. The luminescence lamp is arranged under the main body. The both end parts of the luminescence lamp is combined with the socket. The main body comprises an upper cover(11) and a pair of side covers(40). The upper cover surrounds the upper and lateral side of the luminescence lamp. The pair of side covers are combined with both end parts of the upper cover. |
