PURPOSE: An MRI(Magnetic Resonance Imaging) biopsy cylindrical targeting guide is provided to guide a medical device to a biopsy region site by inserting the medical device into the path of a body. CONSTITUTION: A guide device(400) comprises a body and at least one path(406,408,410). The body comprises a proximal part and a distal part. The body materially has a cylindrical shape. The body is inserted to a selected one among the openings of a first plate. The path is extended from the proximal part of a body to the distal part. The path stores a part of a medical device.
