PURPOSE: A disc brake having a parking function is provided to use a tool in a disc brake, thereby a user can directly cancel the brake. CONSTITUTION: A disk brake having a parking function includes a piston, a caliper housing(13), a screw nut, an electric motor(25) and a reduction device(40). The piston pressures the friction pad for braking a disc. The caliper housing has a cylinder, which fluid pressure for accepting movement of a piston and inside brake is added to. Spins are installed inside the cylinder and has a screw part. The nut is installed inside the piston and has a female screw part, which is combined to the male screw part of the spins. The electric motor rotates the spins. A dynamic unit and an planet gear unit is included to transmit the rotation force of the electric motor to spins.
