Method provides for preparation of oyster plant, its cutting, drying in microwave field at preset process parametres ill residual humidity is about 20% and frying, grape seeds frying, mixing of oyster plant and grape seeds and cryomilling of obtained mixture in liquid nitrogen. ^ EFFECT: method provides for production of new coffee drink according to a nonwaste technology. |
