PURPOSE: A method for embodying the video call, a device and a system thereof are provided to perform media negotiation with a calling and receiving terminal and establish the media channel thereby processing the present video by the indication information of the calling and receiving. CONSTITUTION: A video call device receives a video call of a calling party. The video call device performs media negotiation with the calling party. If the receiving party answers, the calling party performs the media negotiation with the receiving party. The video call device establishes the video and audio channel between the calling party and the receiving party(101). The video call device processes video(102).
