METHOD FOR ASSESSING REPARATION AFTER SETTING DENTAL IMPLANTS

A method for assessing the reparation after setting dental implants comprises cytophotometric examination of the gingival imprints in peri-implant area followed by the calculation of destruction index and inflammatory-destructive index. Succinate dehydrogenase (SDG) and lactate dehydrogenase (LDG) are assayed in the peripheral blood and the average cytochemical index (ACI) for SDG and LDG is calculated. ACI for SDG is within 1.85-1.91 arbitrary units (AU) and ACI for LDG – within 2.28-2.45 AU are indicative of the normal state. ACI for SDG is within 1.34-1.4 AU and ACI for LDG – within 2.87-3.01 AU are indicative of the mild inflammation. ACI for SDG is within 1.50-1.53 AU and ACI for LDG – within 2.67-2.78 AU suggest the intensive inflammation of peri-implant tissues.
