A vertical-axial wind wheel has blades, each blade is fixed on separate axle in rotor of wind wheel, turn with respect to that is restricted by two supports installed in the rotor for each blade. On the blade axle an eccentric is fixed. One support is installed with possibility of interaction with the eccentric at turn of blade with eccentric with respect to axis of the blade in direction to center of wind wheel, and second support is installed with possibility of interaction with the eccentric at turn of the blade with the eccentric with respect to axis of the blade in direction from the center of the wind wheel. |
