FIELD: process engineering. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to coating small articles, particularly to varnishing mass consumption small articles. Invention aims at developing device and method for coating small articles that feature high-quality surface and efficient use. To this end, proposed unit comprises movable intake element to receive and transfer small articles, e.g. bolts, small plastic articles or the like, and at least one distributing device. Said distributing device is arranged, preferably, in intake element to distribute coat material in said intake device. There is at least one IR-radiator designed to produce IR-radiation for coat material drying and/or curing. Said radiator can be introduced into intake element and withdrawn therefrom and serves to feed, continuously or intermittently, coat material into intake element. ^ EFFECT: higher efficiency, cubic throughput capacity and coat quality. ^ 15 cl, 4 dwg |
