<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a communication method capable of enabling high-precision estimation of communication quality of an up link by a mobile station. <P>SOLUTION: When a radio resource by which data is transmitted/received between the mobile station and a base station is notified from the base station to the mobile station, data is transmitted between the mobile station and the base station using the notified radio resource.
