PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cylinder dryer causing no accumulation of condensate on a cylinder inner wall surface even when used for a long period of time. SOLUTION: A steam supply pipe 2 is connected to a cylinder 1 via a rotary joint 5. In the same manner, a condensate discharge pipe 3 is connected via a rotary joint 9. One part of a steam supply pipe 6 in the cylinder 1 is branched off and steam ejectors 4, 16 are connected. Openings 11, 14 of suction parts 10, 13 of the steam ejectors 4, 16 are disposed via a slight gap with the inner wall surface of the cylinder 1. Condensate generated in the cylinder 1 is sucked in by the steam ejectors 4, 16 from the openings 11, 14 of the steam ejectors 4, 16, and furthermore, it is discharged to the outside through the condensate discharge pipe 3.
