<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem of a conventional method, wherein an advertisement is posted in newspapers, magazines and the like for acquiring a new potential customer, since consumers show less response to uninteresting DMs, newspaper advertisements, and the like. <P>SOLUTION: Among companies such as a tourist agency, providers providing a capital and/or a place, and consumers, a company obtains a new potential customer from the consumers by using a new potential customer acquisition method. The consumer applies for a prize when purchasing a product and the like of a provider, and for applying for the prize, the consumer for himself/herself presents his/her personal information. The company receiving the personal information determines an existing customer and the new potential customer, and sends a guide for travel (standing-order travel brochure) only to the effective new potential customer.
