<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To sufficiently understandably and clearly exhibit, to a general user, a state of security concerned in use of a web site by the general user, and quality of compensation when a problem occurs. <P>SOLUTION: This system includes a terminal 100 used by the general user; a general web site A providing a content, and a site B security-monitoring the site A as an object.
